Passport can be anything between 5 min to 1hr, realistically let’s say 30 min. Taxi will be long at that time (minimum about 1h15) as all highways are super crowded. Public transportation will be same or marginally shorter (RER B to Châtelet then RER A to Étoile and metro line 6 to Passy; alternative is RER B to Denfert-Rochereau and line 6 to Passy).
