I have ICN-LAX booked on Asiana using UA miles. I've having no success securing seats. UA gives the PNR and let's me select seats. But the seats aren't saved. So I went to Asiana. It doesn't bring up the booking, rather telling me to go where I booked the ticket. How do I get seats confirmed?
