What's the typical turnaround time these days for a full refund of an award booking? HIt cancel on a booking, was surprised to see I have to fill out a form and then got an e-mail with manual instructions. Cancelled 4/4 night miles refunded 6/4.
No cancellation fees payable in my case because I have an involuntary rescheduling in my itinerary.
However, I called in, and I understand redemption cancellations have to be called in or cancelled using the messaging service.
