Pre-COVID there was almost always only 2 options in domestic FC (usually one hot and one cold meal) and now there are always 3 meals and sometimes 2 different hot meal choices which is definitely an improvement. The issue post-COVID is the number of meal flights that seem to now permanently get sad boxes compared to pre-COVID when these flights always found a way to get plated meals.
