Good to re-asses the prior patterns now that 10 Qsuite aircraft have come back online in the past 2 months. I did a quick check on of all the 2-2-2 777 flying since 03-April till time of posting. The destinations where these appeared in order of frequency are below:
- MNL - 13 flights
- SGN - 8 flights
- JNB, SEZ - 7 flights each
- JED, HKT, MLE - 6 flights each
- DPS - 5 flights
- CGK - 4 flights
- ATL, CDG - 3 flights each
- AMS, GRU, PKX, PVG, MED, MAD, KWI - 2 flights each
- LHE, HGH, CAN, IKA, KUL, NBO, BKK, ICN, IST, ATH, ISB, DXB, RUH - 1 flight each
The routes where you were most likely to encounter the 2-2-2 config were SEZ, MNL, SGN with a more than 2 out of 3 probability.
Other routes where there was a more than 1 out of 3 chance of getting a 2-2-2 config were ATL, HKT, DPS.
Interesting to note that the only North American appearance of the 2-2-2 config in the past week was in ATL. Both ORD and PHL which previously had a higher rate of swaps had Qsuites equipped 777 the whole week.
