Good question. The Globalist breakfast is served hot off the menu at the Serafina on the ground floor. I woke up quite late so headed down around 11:30. It was technically a lunch seating, but I ordered off the brunch menu (steak and eggs $39). It was auto-wiped at checkout. Honestly quite good. It's white tablecloth full-service restaurant breakfast.
