Delta has decent $193 rt fare SAN-SEA bookable for any Tuesday or Wednesday in May thru May 24. Fare basis is VAVSC2ME, and the full rules state "Tickets must be issued on/before 10APR23."

Does that mean midnight Atlanta time (April 10, 2023)?

Wife is checking possible days off with boss (tomorrow), but won't be home until 7 or 8 at night, which gives me until 9pm Pacific Time to book. Correct?
I know airlines can and do pull fares early; just looking for a read on how much time I may have.
