Often when selecting more than 7 or 30 days on the bonvOY website, a long term rate will appear, although you could still do better negotiating with the sales manager or GM. In many jurisdictions stays more than 30 days constitute residency and are tax exempt.
If this doesn't work try entering the code "LTS" in the rate code box. Depending on the individual hotel's threshold for what constitutes long term to them, rates should appear. You can usually discover the length required by tweaking your number of nights.
