BA refused my claim due to force majeure(member of crew sick) on 27/12/22 BA847 WAW - JER that somehow impacted my delayed flight 27/12/22 BA1349 JER - LHR
But BA1349 was +/- 66 minutes extra delayed because of 2 extra passengers (on the jumpseat) on board that weren’t properly checked in and the pilots waited till they got a go from somewhere in London. Those 66 minutes resulted in missing my connection to BRU
Can someone please let me know what the official delay was for 27/12/22 BA1349? Or how I can find a log of all events on BA1349?
