Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? It was OK.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked a twin, we were given a double.

How are the rooms? Newly refurbished. Unfortunately we wanted two beds and were given a double.

How is the exec. lounge? NA

What was good and what was bad? Bad - At check in we were told they had a group of 150 Nigerian Christians staying and they had been given all the twin rooms. The only unallocated room was a double. I said this was a problem and I wanted the twin that I had booked. The hotel comped a £70 room service dinner to make up for their error. We were also given three vouchers for a drink and snack plus our diamond breakfast voucher.
Good - the pool and gym were great.
