Did a chat today to try to get a retention offer for my Blue Cash Preferred AF (the AF just posted). I had received a $125 offer a couple of years ago (which I obviously took) and was not sure if they'd offer me another. My wife has the same card, and I generally only use this one for AMEX Offers (around $5k in the past year) and should have downgraded last year but forgot. They offered me $75 for spending $1000, but I turned it down since I can just use my wife's card. I switched back to the BC Everyday card, they suggested the BC Magnet card, but I've never had one of those and figured that it would impact my ability to get a signup bonus if they ever offered something good.
