I’ll also take boring and uninspiring over prior attempts at something more (looking at you, fennel flan cakes and sweet potato tagine). I had the salad on a longer flight this week and it was fine, akin to something I’d grab for a weekday lunch on the ground. I was glad it included real grilled chicken and not the lunch meat chicken of the other recent salad choice.
