The CSRs know me fairly well since I am a frequent customer.
Thankfully, I am the only optimizer at this WMT location and I try to go when there is not a line.😀
I wasn't being critical, trust me.
I just wanted to point out how and why sites may 'suddenly'
become non-functional.
Anything that attracts attention to some procedure or act generally is not good for this hobby
