Here’s an update
Check in agent worked on her computer for a good 10 mins but could not get seats. Could only issue a boarding pass for “Seat Request”
Gate agent paged us as we arrived at the gate area with our seat assignments. We were downgraded to the very last row of Main Cabin. Just thankful to have a seat on the flight home since the flight is oversold and they are looking for volunteers
They offered miles and I said no. second offer was $300 voucher each which I accepted. Can I still request fare difference refund?
