As of the end of March 2023, these were the prices and accepted currencies at the DPS VoA counter. There was no queue for paying the fee, might have been lucky. Note that paying by card will add a fee of 1.95%.

What did save me time was submitting the Indonesian customs form online before I arrived and saving or printing out the QR code to go straight through customs without first doing this procedure at one of the terminals in the arrival hall.
