You will get seats on the flight. DL will ask for volunteers if the flight is oversold. If they are not c+, you can call and get a fare difference refunded to your original form of payment plus a voucher or some miles for the inconvenience.
Nit OP but honestly, not good enough. I wouldn't want fare difference. I'd rather fly next say or so.
