Had our quick stay here just a few days ago and had a really good experience. We have no IHG status and I was booked on a leisure-allowed corporate code. Emailed the hotel a couple days prior to remind them of our late check in and they confirmed within a few hours that our reservation had been noted.

Arrived to the hotel about 5:30am (on an overnight booking from the day prior). FD greeted us warmly, no issues with check in, and proactively offered 2pm checkout which we accepted. We had booked a Jewel Wing room but they had placed us in a regular King, which was both closer to the lobby and also much larger from what I understand.

Room was fantastic and exactly what we needed for a few hours rest. They also provided a small chocolate cake to welcome us which made for a nice "breakfast" a few hours later.

Checked out around 1pm and the bell desk happily kept our bags while we went for a quick visit to the Jewel/Canopy Park and lunch at the T1 canteen. Saved us from having to pay for luggage storage in the airport or rush back to get our things before check out. Grab picks up straight from the hotel lobby to go into the city.

We didn't try any of the F&B or pool during our short visit, but the pool area looked quite nice and the F&B facilities seemed well tended to from afar at least.

All told, the property and experience was perfect for what we needed and well worth the slight premium over Yotel (which we spotted while at the Jewel and looked quite unappealing, actually). Would happily stay again next time we need a spot at Changi!

Of note: We arrived to T4 and decided to transit to T3 airside as I'd heard the airside buses are a bit quicker. This worked flawlessly - empty bus was waiting when we got to the transfer area, filled up with pax and departed less than 5 mins after we boarded. Maybe a 10 min drive and the first stop was T3. No line at immigration and then just a ~3 min walk with good signage to the CP entrance.
