Hi,
I have ran into an issue where my connecting flight in the future has been rebooked to an impossible connection.
I was originally on
June 5 CX888 Hong Kong to Vancouver
June 5, CX7032 Vancouver to Calgary. (this flight was canceled)
June 4, CX7030 Vancouver to Calgary (rebooked flight which is impossible to make)
I have spoke with two Cathay agents and they said they can not rebook me on another codeshare flight Vancouver to Calgary as there is no available space on there system but I can see they are still selling flights with many connections. One agent even suggested me to buy my own connection which I think is unacceptable. Any one have suggestions or run into the similar issue?
