I am staying here now. No maintenance issues (other than air conditioning is comfort-cooling, so is plus or minus 3 degrees and not set your own temperature, so I can understand it can get pretty warm inside the room during the summer) and also no club lounge is available. It is closed permanently. Breakfast is served at the brasserie downstairs which is pretty good.
