I've been thinking about switching to JAL, but looks like I'll need to wait until more details are released... everything seems very uncertain.
No? ANA has Mileage Club (ordinary mileage program), Super Flyers Club similar to JAL Global Club and a Million Miler Program.
Japanese airlines are a bit unique in offering a pseudo-lifetime status after qualifying for status once. JAL is changing this and essentially revamping their lifetime mileage program.
United Airlines and Air Canada each have a traditional mileage program, a club membership, a lifetime program and are part of the Australian credit card scheme for Star Alliance gold status.
It all depends on what you think of as a "program".
