I also had issues redeeming award flights 355 days ahead, it would let me select the date but then fail to show any award availability. Only a day later (354 days ahead) actual award availability was shown. In my case it was a two-leg flight with the 2nd leg being +1 days after the first, so I assume it might have something to do with the award space for the 2nd leg only opened up a day later. I fear this is an issue with award space for the first leg being already fully booked by the time the 2nd leg opens up :/ In the end all J was gone and I had to book X class ...
