First meal at Virgin CH, 2 hours before boarding.

Served BTC beef. Thought it wasn't warm enough. I'm not picky. Within 30 mins or so from finishing, hit with a wave of nausea. Make it to FRA, run to nearest bathroom and puke. Still nauseous. Hit a lounge there with a shower and spent a good 30 minutes forcing the rest out. Slept though second BTC meal, fine for breakfast right before landing at SIN.

Confident it was the beef. *only* time I've ever been stricken on a flight. .... happens. SQ is still my favorite airline, damn JFK catering if anything.
