Concur allows you to filter properties by chain if I remember correctly. If you apply the "Hyatt" filter, do you see that hotel? I would assume that if you do, it will be booked as/through Hyatt booking system.

Concur also allows you to specify WoH membership ID in profile. So, once you see the booking, you can see whether the Hyatt number was applied.

If all else failed, reach out to the property and either ask to add WoH number to the booking manually, or ask whether the rate is eligible. There's of course no promise they will be willing to help, or will know all the answers, but it's probably worth doing anyway.
