One month since Uber help referred my missing bonus points issue to the "Marriott Support Team". No response from Marriott and no points posted to my account. Attempted to reply to Uber's response to me and it appears they closed the issue. Well, no choice but to open another help request, which I just did. Extremely frustrating that neither Marriott nor Uber can get their act together for what should be a very simple issue to resolve.
