Exchange rates at airports are notoriously bad unless you use an ATM/Cashpoint by a proper bank. If you need cash rather than being able to use a card at the destination then I would consider you looking for a proper bank machine at the destination ( not travelex etc) in the same way I always go to the Cashpoint for Hapolim upon arrival at TLV.........I don't think the men in trilbys on Dizengoff exist any longer (my mates dad used to use them to exchange my Sterling many years ago).
