have a similar issue wondering if someone got it sortet out:
- flight to PUJ operated by LH (short haul) & Eurowing Discovery (long haul), ticket issued on LH stock - 220
- broken luggage was delivered 5 days after arrival
- at arrival could only file claim on Eurowings Discover app ( no desk on site would accept claim for the Eurowing discover operated flight)
- after 5 months of emails Eurowing discover denied ownership of the ticket and asked me to log a ticket to LH
- so far luggage has been replaced by Dolphi but
- refund for items I bought are refused as the LH operater is not able to find a "valid PIR" ( the one they used to validate teh luggage refund!!)
Any ideo on how to proceed?
