Good that you liked it, but very odd for a main service meal that it’s so plain; had I only seen the photo I would’ve guessed it was a pre-landing snack in J, and not an impressive one.
They often seem to have a fairly basic additional sausage option in F inbound. Was offered a pair of sausages with bread and mustard on a flight from DXB to ZRH but declined.
