Indigo Tel Aviv - Diamond District

What is your IHG One Rewards status?
Diamond Royal Ambassador Inner Circle

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked on points and got one Queen bed Standard with minifridge, which is basically the same as the standard room but with minifridge (which happens to be blocked and unusable, even for personal use).

How are the rooms?
Around 19sqm
Wooden floor.
Elegant design.

Very comfortable bed.
Sockets next to the bed.

Small desk.
Kettle

Tiny closet.
Television with almost only local cable channels

Bathroom with walk-in shower. (Very good) Sea ans Spa toiletries.

View over the city

Noisy air conditioning (more noise than air).

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
GOOD
Smiling staff
Pleasant interior design.
Rooftop pool and bar.
Excellent breakfast.

Convenient for a first night after a night flight.
Close to Hayarkon park. 30 minutes walk from Ramat Gan Museum of Israeli Art.

BAD
Room doors slash noisily, which may prevent light sleepers from sleeping well (same for guests talking loudly in the corridors in the middle of the night).

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
Convenient for a first night.
A bit far from action still.
