There are only two types of suites, chapter 3 and chapter 4. So I am not sure what else they should be adding to the SNA pool, considering the size and the price of the Chapter 4 suite.

Depends on the period and maybe a bit of luck. They have had a good deal of staycations booking suites on weekends, they have a quite high number of elites staying, and there are not that many chapter 3 suites.
