Voco the Hague gave up untill last OCT 2022 for any room (rev/award) that had Diamond status tagged on the room reservation: showing on their breakfast manifest listed = free brekkie
Even if i had booked 4 rooms (rev/award) under my Diamond status for a stay at the same date.... all got the brekkie
(not complaining)

Now policy has changed to just grant it to one room only ...
Some back end system update can tell now the difference ...
As it actually should be policy wise t&c....,
I mean come on, the Diamond elite guest can physically occupy only 1 room right...?


I have no experience in allowing others to stay on a diamond booking without being physical present as the diamond guest in person and still getting the free breakfast
