But sadly not all of them… I personally have an acquaintance (not a friend- I say that because I have ethical issues with his practice) who takes his dog on Delta outside a carrier (would be too big to fit in a carrier under the seat) who got some doctor to “certify” the dog. I assure you, the dog is not a trained service animal and in reality is not a ESA, just a pet.
