so this i agree with to an extent. but i also maintain that delta, if this poses an issue of any magnitude, should have ways to prevent this. currently it's just vague and kinda case-by-case. i think ethical vs. non ethical doesn't work widely - it's also a wide interpretation. i wouldn't do it this way, but it's also not clearly forbidden.
