Yes indeed I do so, usually to good effect. I thought my list was long until I saw yours, smile. It can vary by country but my main in-advance asks are: flowers (pay extra), sparkling water, pitcher of favorite cocktail upon arrival or hot tea, airport transfers, milk AND half/half in frig.

I travel with a cpap too but always ask staff to plug it in for me, with adapter if needed. I don’t crawl around on the floor anymore. Never been a problem. Again, deoending on how far into the hinterlands one may venture. I am unreasonably delighted when a venue has electrical outlets on or near the night stand at waist height.

Some of the items on your list I expect to be provided given the venues I choose. If they are not, often easily addressed upon arrival. As for high floor, view, not close to elevator, steps, walk-in shower — I sort all that at time of booking. If not to my needs, I don’t book.
