Aegean was useless in helping out, even thought I sent the pdf showing the purchased ticket was an N code. Same problem in December, bought PE but because AC is now using A as the PE code, only get 50%. Now I only book economy and buy the bulkhead, I get the same number of points at half the price. Both AC and Aegean were useless in this situation as well, even showing Aegean it was a PE fare.

This is a problem generated by the original data that AC sends to A3. It is not due to agents on either part making mistakes, since all such transactions are automatic (IT). The reason that A3 will not do anything without AC giving its OK is that anything you send to them (ticket, BC) can ve changed/edited very easily by the sender using a simple software such as Photoshop. Unfortunately, this is the real world nowadays. If AC doesn't correct the problem that was responsible for the mess on their side and sends corrected data concerning your trip, you'll have to just accept their decision...
Huh. I had a similar issue with SK. Feel a bit less crazy to know I'm not the only one with this semi-rare issue, but also feel sorry for the both of us that this otherwise-straight-forward issue may be unresolved because no one at the carriers cares enough to solve it.
