Did booked few of these kind of special rates at ALL Raffleses, GHA Kempinskis, and Capellas and no issue whatsoever.

I wonder if the system Bonvoy use cause this? no detailed rate information available to the FD who handling the check in.
Correct on the above. It can be hard for a desk agent to have fluent knowledge of potentially hundreds of rate codes that are set up corporately and locally. In today's reduced staffing hospitality environment, information from the top down, training or reference resources are uneven to poor at best.

If it's a rate that is truly local to a singular property then assume yes, the points will need to be posted manually on property. Don't underestimate how non-tech a lot of back office things still are.
