LH closed claims without response - next step?
Hello,
We had various issues with our LH flight and filed three different issues/claim separately back in mid Jan.
- claim for expenses due to delayed baggage
- EU 261 delayed flight claim
- Damaged baggage (filed after it was finally received).
I heard from the LH handler dolfi1920 and they are processing the last one for damaged baggage, however I’m told by LH lurkers that LH merged the other claims with the damaged baggage and looks like there are closed as nothing has been mentioned about them.
The baggage was missing for the entire trip so we had close to €300 in expenses and 2x delayed flight claim.
what’s the best option for getting this resolved? It seems LH just ignores things and hope people go away, unfortunately I’m not about to do that as this is a significant expense and a huge inconvenience.
