Cancelling a booking made through Chase Travel Portal
Hello, I booked a flight through chase travel portal using my UR points. It is an international business class ticket on United. I believe its fully refundable. Space has opened up, and now it would be better if I transferred those points to united instead of booking for 1.5 cpp on the portal. If I cancel the flight, will I be reimbursed the points used for the flight or a cash credit to my credit card? (CSR)
