I believe the Fairfield Legian's lobby is open air lobby with some bench type seating.
Not very large though.

You could sit around their pool if you need more privacy.

And iirc their restaurant seating is accessible by guests even when the restaurant is closed.

Just remember to bring mosquito repellant with you.
