If it's so easy to order a reservation, then it should be possible to do the reverse process as well. If the site does not have such a possibility, then the site is not so functional. If I had a website with tech support, I would add a phone support feature to improve customer service. Many people have a problem when there is a problem and they can't solve it in a short time. For
that reason, support with VoIP numbers would always be welcome to help them.
