Nope, first stay at this property (Renaissance Warsaw Chopin Airport) however 3 of my recent previous stays at Marriott properties have suffered the same problem hence the tone of the question. My experience would suggest that Marriott properties are staffed by idiots who don’t know what rate offers their property participates in. The alternative is that they do know but are instructed to avoid posing any bonus points if they can.

4 out of my last 5 Marriott stays (at 3 different properties) have failed to post these Bonus Points correctly without me having to follow up with a claim, so there appears to be a general lack of education of front-desk staff here, even if Marriott Corporate may not reasonably be held ultimately accountable for the ignorance of its franchisee’s staff.

Still annoying nevertheless!
