As others have said it'll be dinner after takeoff and breakfast before landing, with a very basic snack in the middle.

If you've eaten before the flight you can skip dinner, but the problem is then that 'breakfast' isn't served until around midday SFO time. My normal plan is to have a light, early dinner to get me through until the dinner on the flight (which will be around or after midnight SFO time), then eat dinner and breakfast on the plane.
