Without a doubt keep your mouth shut. If you "notice" someone who turns out to be an air marshal, you will be detained and questioned. It's happened already, as reported in numerous newspaper stories. They figure that anybody that observant must be a terrorist in training. Best to keep your eyes cast down, citizen!
