Exactly, the issue on CAI at least is there is no proper competition so BA can of course get away with it. Even if MS offer lie flats I am personally not willing to fly them on safety grounds (assume there are others who think similarly) which means the options are therefore either over pay for CE, fly shorthaul economy for 5 hours or connect on what should be a relatively short journey. None are very appealing.
