I were in the same situation but on SQ25. If you are based in SIN, a visit to ION is your best bet to have it resolved. I have tried calling/live chat. Waste of time!
I have shared my data point here. You could even have it rerouted IF you very much want the Suites experience (miles difference applies if award).
SQ will opens up that Suites space that is not available for redemption but available for revenue. Do give me a range of dates and route that you want.
