BA so deserves this. In what I think was December 2018, I was in BA F SEA-YVR-LHR and our flight should never have taken off. It was clear as day what we were going to land in. By the time we landed, LHR was in chaos, planes couldnt depart so there were no gates for us to pull into. We were fine up front but I cannot imagine being in back. I was supposed to continue on to BRU for meetings but wound up in the Concorde Room until it closed, rough day! BA couldn’t actually get me to my meetings to the next day, my corporate TA booked me back to the US and demanded BA declare the flight a trip in vain (which it eventually did).
