"Technically", if you book flights on 3 consecutive dates because you don't yet know which day you want to depart, and plan to cancel the other two once you decide - then you are booking one itinerary that you intend to fly, and two that you don't intend to fly. The fact that you haven't decided yet is irrelevant. Booking itins that you don't intend to fly is a clear violation of the Contract of Carriage (and is specifically called out in that document). The Contract of Carriage is a set of rules that you agree to abide by when you decide to do business with that carrier.

Whether they enforce those terms for every violation is a separate conversation. But they clearly have the right to.

If you are going to claim that the CoC doesn't say what it says, then you are either lying to yourself or to the rest of us.
still not fictitious. and if you read what i wrote and not just cut a piece out, it's about me saying give clarity on what's ok, and what's not. don't use "unkowable unknowns" where precision matters.
