I pretty much stand by my comments about how difficult it can be dealing with and flying Frontier, however. Probably still fly them when the fare difference is huge. Can you explain your scenario in better detail?
You chose cancel, you selected refund, you selected accept changes. It confirmed you on the new flight.
Did you then have to contact F9 to request a refund? Or are you saying the system magically took your accept changes as a refund?
