Doable definitely. Where is your flight from the US? Some flights can be notorious for being predictably late especially if you're on the cursed A380s. Might make for a rushed and uncomfortable experience from T5 B/C to the main terminal if your BCN flight is departing from there. Good it's not an IB flight otherwise you would have had to change terminals.
