Can't find a better thread, so I'm going to hijack this one. I was EXP the last 8 years, and finally lost status this year due to business travel disappearing for my job due to COVID. I was expecting to drop from EXP down to PPRO after 3/31, and was told by an AAngel to expect PPro, then next year Plat, then the following year gold, but just checked and I went from EXP straight to Gold. Anyone else drop 3 levels? Am I missing something?
