Something the missus found profoundly upsetting when we were there in May! Boarding the plane through a house door marked departures was fun too - along with delaying takeoff slightly so I could get a good photo.
Air Pacific were using stickers in Tonga to allocate seats. The check in agent didn't check the ticket we gave him and temporarily allocated us 30E&F. Thankfully with bits of paper these things are easily fixed and we were 'upgraded' to 2 A&C which is what I had paid for.
It's nice reminiscing about the South Pacific on a freezing cold December night in London!
